Why do yoga birthday parties rock?

We do all sorts of parties. For younger children, you may want the Yoga Birthday Book, integrating storytelling with yoga-ing. Grade-schoolers often prefer to pick their own themes. Any theme will do. You name it, we create it. And for teens and tweens, we offer partner and team yoga activities that challenge and excite everyone in the party.

This is not about sitting around and meditating. It's just simple, down-and-dirty, yoga fun!

We come to you and prices start at just $125 for a staff teacher or start at $200 to work with Shana directly. Face-painting and henna tattoos also available (with or without yoga).
